By purchasing this ticket you accept that Oscar’s Pumpkin Patch is not liable for any injury or damage howsoever caused and that you use these premises/facilities at your own risk.

If you are under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by a full paying adult (18+) throughout the entire day/evening. 

• When you buy and confirm your Ticket, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
• You are advised not to visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID
• Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and booking fees and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• You have the option to later change your booking date or time. When purchasing your tickets please create an account on the billing details page. This will allow you to login into your account and amend your booking date and time up to 24hrs prior to your original booking. Note: this is not a subscription to marketing, and tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
• Please arrive in time to enter the site at your selected time slot. Please keep to your booking slot.
• Strictly NO SMOKING 
• Strictly DOGS must be friendly, kept of a lead and all dog poop must be collected. 
• Contactless card payments and cash are acceptable
• Portable toilets will be on site to be used. Please use hand santiser prior and post use of the toilets
• Please be aware that the ground is uneven in places so please wear suitable footwear and take care
• We take no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to personal effects, or any injuries or accidents to visitors, arising from or in connection with Oscar’s Pumpkin Patch event or the equipment in the field of fun
• Car Parking is free
• Oscar’s Pumpkin Patch and its staff reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if the rules are broken or if their behaviour is considered inappropriate.

Cancellations

Oscar’s Pumpkin Patch accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

If the event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then Oscar’s Pumpkin Patch will reschedule all tickets that have been purchased for the current year and make them valid for the following season.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations
